The MC Therm nub system offers an easy, fast, and flexible installation of surface heating through the push-button technology, where the pipes are simply clamped into the existing nubs. This technique allows for efficient installation in both large and irregularly shaped rooms. The even heat distribution is achieved by the heating pipe, which is completely enclosed by the screed, creating an optimal comfort climate. The foamed, tread-resistant nubs also ensure high walkability and protection of the heating pipes, which can be used in dimensions of 14–17 mm.
Perforated foil with a backside adhesive layer with a removable protective film ensures secure attachment of the plate to the existing substrate. Base perforation, nub perforation, and edge perforation allow the creation of a secure adhesion bridge between the substrate and special screed.

1400 x 800 x 20 mm nub plate (without insulation) for fixing the heating pipe with a diameter of 16 - 17 mm using push-button technology. The nub plate is also available with EPS foam plates in thicknesses of 11 mm or 30 mm (31 mm and 50 mm total thickness including nub plate). The plate size is adapted to the Euro pallet size, which reduces transport costs.
