Thin-film underfloor heating complete system for 18 mm installation height, 10 m²

The complete set for underfloor heating in a thin-layer system for 12 mm pipes was specially developed for renovations and modernizations where a low installation height is crucial. With a total installation height of just 18 mm including screed (when using Planogel Rheo), it offers maximum efficiency with minimal space requirements. The self-adhesive studded panels enable quick and easy installation , even on existing subfloors such as tiles, screed, or wood.

Technical structure:
✔ Thin-film bubble wrap: 13 mm for 12 mm heating pipe
✔ Screed cover: At least 5 mm above the pipes (Planogel Rheo)
✔ Total height: Only approx. 18 mm (including Planogel Rheo leveling screed)
✔ Recommended heating pipe length: Max. 70 m per heating circuit for even heat distribution

Easy self-assembly:

1. Prepare the surface: Stable, dust-free and primed.
2. Laying profiled panels: Simply glue and adjust.
3. Inserting heating pipes: Secure fixation thanks to the stud system.
4. Carry out a leak test: Test before applying the floor covering.

💡 Note: This system is supplied without screed . For optimal results, we recommend the leveling compound Planogel Rheo from Kerakoll. We calculate approximately 1.6 kg per mm of screed per m². The minimum installation height of 18 mm can only be achieved with a suitable leveling compound! IMPORTANT! The leveling compound must be applied by a professional! You should also consult an expert before installing the thin-layer system.
