Which gateway do I need for the E25-BAT?

For app control via the ENGO Smart App, you need an EGate-ZB or EGate-Pro Gateway. Without a gateway, ENGO-Binding is possible – a direct local connection to compatible ZigBee receivers.

How long do the batteries last?

Approximately 12–24 months in normal operation with 2× AA batteries. The battery level indicator on the display provides timely warning before replacement.

Can the E25-BAT also be used for underfloor heating?

Yes, the TPI algorithm is specifically optimized for the thermal inertia of underfloor heating systems, delivering consistent room temperatures with minimal energy consumption.

What happens during an internet outage?

Thanks to ENGO-Binding, local control remains fully functional. The heating continues to operate according to the last set program – regardless of the internet connection.
