How long does the EONE-BAT battery last?

The integrated 3.7V Li-Ion battery is charged via USB-C. The operating time depends on the intensity of use and ZigBee communication. A charging indicator provides timely notification of low battery status.

What does the integrated humidity sensor measure?

The humidity sensor monitors the relative humidity in the room. The values are displayed in the ENGO Smart App – useful for mold prevention and an optimal indoor climate.

Can the EONE-BAT be used without a gateway?

Yes, the thermostat works directly with compatible ZigBee receivers using the ENGO Binding function. An EGate-Pro Gateway is required for app control and cloud functions.

Does the EONE-BAT support cooling operation?

Yes, the EONE-BAT controls both heating and cooling. Ideal for reversible heat pumps, split air conditioners or other cooling systems.
