Frequently asked questions about our systems.
The Tacker system is the most affordable system, starting at €7/m². It is ideal for new builds with wet screed. The thin-layer system is more expensive (starting at €15/m²), but saves subsequent costs due to its minimal installation height.
Thin-layer system and drywall system do not require wet screed. The thin-layer system (from 18 mm) is ideal for renovations with low installation height; the drywall system (from 45 mm) for wooden beam ceilings and old buildings.
Yes – all four MC Therm systems (tacker, hook and loop, thin-layer, dry construction) are designed for low-temperature operation and are therefore fully heat pump compatible. Flow temperatures of 30–35 °C are sufficient.
The MC Therm systems are designed for qualified specialist companies. The stapler system and hook-and-loop system are widely used in the industry. For optimal results and warranty claims, we recommend installation by a specialist company.
The NerthusFlow thin-layer system with a minimum installation height of 18 mm is the ideal solution. The self-adhesive studded foil can be installed on almost any level surface – without having to shorten doors or adjust window sills.
