What is the difference between a meander and a circle element?

The meandering element allows for a back-and-forth pipe layout (zigzag), ideal for rectangular rooms. The circular element allows for a spiral layout, running from the edge to the center or vice versa – for more even temperature distribution in asymmetrical rooms.

Why aluminum foil in the wood fiber circular element?

The integrated aluminum foil significantly increases the system's thermal conductivity. It transfers the heat from the heating pipe to the surface more quickly and evenly – for shorter heating times and improved comfort.

Is the circle element also suitable for edge areas?

For edge areas and confined spaces, the circular element is combined with specialized straight elements or deflector pieces. Our technical team offers free advice on planning.

Which layer comes after the wood fiber element?

After laying the plates and pipes: lay PE foil, then lay dry screed panels (e.g. Fermacell 2E22). The floor is then walkable – no waiting for screed to cure.
