Heat transfer plate 40 pcs. à 997 mm for pipe diameter 16 mm

Heat conduction plates efficiently transfer the heat from the heating pipe to the dry screed above. Without the plates, only a small part of the pipe would be in contact with the screed. With the profiled plates, the entire pipe surface is utilized – this significantly improves system efficiency.

The metal sheets are inserted into the pre-milled channels of the EPS dry construction panel, and the heating pipe is pressed in from above. The profile securely clamps the pipe and ensures maximum contact.

Yes, these sheets are manufactured exclusively for pipe diameters of 16 mm. For 14 mm pipes, we offer a separate 14 mm version with 50 pieces of 750 mm each.

As a guideline: one plate per 997 mm (approx. 1 m) of heating pipe. For 10 m² with a pipe spacing of 100 mm (approx. 100 m of pipe), you will need approx. 101 plates (3 packs of 40 pieces each).

Heat spreader plates with a length of 997 mm exceed standard package dimensions and are classified as bulky goods. A bulky goods surcharge of €30 per order will be applied. This surcharge is waived for orders over €1,200.
