Which thermostat do I need for the ETRV?

The ETRV works exclusively in combination with the E25 room thermostat (E25-230V or E25-BAT). One E25 controls up to 6 ETRV valves simultaneously.

Will the ETRV fit my radiator?

The ETRV has an M30×1.5mm thread – the most common heating valve thread in Europe. An adapter is available for M28×1.5mm valves. Other thread adapters are not included.

How does the open-window detection work?

The ETRV detects a rapid temperature drop in the room (typical when ventilating with open windows) and automatically closes the valve for 15–30 minutes. This prevents unnecessary heating when the window is open.

How long do the batteries in the ETRV last?

2x AA batteries provide approx. 12-18 months of operating time. A warning will appear in the ENGO Smart App when the battery is low.
