Why do I need ball valves on the underfloor heating manifold?

Ball valves allow the manifold to be completely shut off from the heating system – e.g. for maintenance work, repairs or for draining individual areas. Without ball valves, the entire heating system would have to be drained.

What is the difference between a straight and an angle ball valve set?

The straight ball valve set is suitable for installations where the inlet and outlet are in line. The angle ball valve set (90°) is ideal for confined installation situations where the pipes come to the manifold at a right angle – saving space in many cabinet situations.

Are the ball valves compatible with all manifold distributors?

The ball valve set is designed for all MC Therm heating circuit distributors (KAMM, FASS) with a 1" female thread connection. Please check the distributor connection before purchasing.
