What is hydraulic balancing and why is the TopMeter important?

During hydraulic balancing, the water flow in each heating circuit is adjusted so that all rooms receive the same heat. Without balancing, circuits closer to the boiler are preferred. The Topmeter shows the flow in l/min and allows precise adjustment via a regulating valve.

What is the difference to the manifold with automatic air vent?

The manifold with Topmeter has manual vents. The profile chamber manifold with Topmeter and automatic vent additionally has an automatic air separator – ideal for new systems that contain a lot of air when first filled.

Can I retrofit actuators later?

Yes, by retrofitting thermostats "without draining the heating system". The flow valves (M30×1.5mm) can be equipped directly with actuators – no system draining is necessary.

How many circuits can a manifold serve?

The KAMM heating circuit distributor is available in variants from 2 to 12 circuits. For larger systems, two distributors can be operated in parallel. Typical: 1 distributor per floor or heating circuit group.
