Heat conducting plate

Heat conduction plates transfer heat from the 14 mm heating pipe to the floor structure. In dry construction systems, the pipe lies in U-profile grooves in the EPS or wood fiber panels. Without plates, an air gap remains, which significantly reduces efficiency. The plates close this gap and noticeably improve heat transfer.

Insert the metal sheet into the pre-milled groove – the tab should point upwards. Then press in the 14-mm heating pipe until it clicks into place. The metal sheets fix the pipe and ensure direct contact with the panel surface.

Yes, these sheets are manufactured exclusively for pipe diameters of 14 mm. For 16-mm pipes, we offer a separate 16-mm variant with 40 pieces of 997 mm each.

As a guideline: one plate per 0.75 m of heating pipe. For 10 m² with a pipe spacing of 100 mm (approx. 100 m of pipe), you will need approx. 134 plates. One package (50 pieces = 37.5 m) is sufficient for about 10 m² with a pipe spacing of 75 mm.

Heat shields with a length of 750 mm are classified as bulky goods due to their packaging dimensions. A bulky goods surcharge of €30 will be applied once per order. This surcharge is waived for orders over €1,200.
