Which pipes are suitable for NerthusFlow studded membrane 10–12?

NerthusFlow studded foil is designed for heating pipes with an outer diameter of 10–12 mm. MC Therm recommends PE-Xa or PE-RT heating pipes.

How much area does one set cover?

12 tiles cover 10.2 m². Plan for approximately 5–10% waste.

Why is this variant the thinnest in the system?

The smaller pipe diameter (10–12 mm) allows the panel thickness to be reduced to just 13 mm. This means the total installation height is only 18 mm – the lowest of all NerthusFlow variants.

How is the dimpled membrane installed?

Prepare and prime the subfloor, lay self-adhesive panels and connect them with the Snap-Fit system, insert the heating pipes, perform a pressure test, then apply the leveling compound.

What else is needed?

Additionally, you will need: heating pipe (10–12 mm PE-Xa), Kerakoll Planogel Rheo leveling compound, NerthusFlow edge insulation strips, and a heating circuit distributor.
