Do I need to hardwire the E901-WIFI?

Only the receiver (230V) – it connects to the heating system. The transmitter is battery-powered and is simply mounted at the desired location. No thermostat cable necessary.

Do I need a separate WiFi gateway?

No. The receiver has an integrated 2.4 GHz WiFi module and connects directly to your router. No additional gateway required.

Can I program heating schedules?

Yes, weekly schedules can be created via the ENGO Smart App – ideal for different temperature profiles at different times of the day.

Does the device work without internet?

The 868 MHz connection between transmitter and receiver remains active even without internet. The last programmed setpoint is maintained.
