Which ENGO devices are supported by the EGate-Pro?

The EGate-Pro supports all ENGO ZigBee 3.0 thermostats (E25, EONE series), control wiring centers (ECB62-ZB), ETRV radiator valves, sensors, and other ZigBee 3.0 compatible devices.

Can I use the system without EGate-Pro?

For local control without an app, ZigBee thermostats can be connected directly to receivers via ENGO binding. For remote control, automations, and cloud functions, the EGate-Pro is required.

How is the EGate-Pro set up?

Connect the gateway to your router via LAN cable or WiFi, download the ENGO Smart App, set up the gateway in the app, and pair ZigBee devices. Setup typically takes 5–10 minutes.

Is the EGate-Pro compatible with Alexa and Google Home?

Yes, the EGate-Pro can be linked to Amazon Alexa and Google Home via the ENGO Smart / Tuya Smart App – including voice control of all connected devices.
