Why is a cable drum trailer important?

Without a reel, the heating pipe tends to twist (kink) when unrolled, which creates tension in the pipe and makes precise laying difficult. The reel holds the roll in a controlled manner and ensures smooth, tension-free unwinding.

Which roll lengths is the laying reel suitable for?

The unwinding reel is designed for common coil lengths of 200 m and 600 m. Please check before purchasing whether the coil dimensions of your heating pipe are compatible.

Can the reel also be used without a payout trolley?

Yes. The reel can be placed separately on the floor or on a sawhorse. For larger rolls and more comfortable working, we recommend the dispensing cart as an accessory.

Wie stelle ich die Verlegehaspel ein?

Flügelschrauben lösen, die Führungsstäbe auf den Innendurchmesser der Rolle stellen, Rolle auf das Drehkreuz legen und die Schrauben wieder festziehen. Danach das Rohrende abziehen und mit der Verlegung beginnen.

Ja, mit allen gängigen Heizrohren für die Fußbodenheizung wie PE-RT, PE-Xa und Metallverbundrohr. Entscheidend ist die Rollengröße – bis 600 m passt sie auf die Haspel.
