How does ZigBee binding work on the ECB62-ZB?

Thanks to the ENGO-Binding function, ZigBee thermostats (E25, EONE) can be connected directly to the ECB62-ZB – without a gateway, without the internet. This allows for local control even without a smart home system.

Can I control the ECB62-ZB with the ENGO Smart App?

Yes, with an EGate-Pro Gateway, the ECB62-ZB is fully integrated into the ENGO Smart App. Remote access, schedules, and automations are then possible.

What happens if the EGate-Pro fails?

Local ZigBee binding connection between thermostats and ECB62-ZB remains active. Heating continues to operate according to the last set program.

How many ZigBee thermostats can the ECB62-ZB accommodate?

The ECB62-ZB has 6 ZigBee zones. One ZigBee thermostat is assigned per zone. The thermostats are assigned to the zones using ENGO binding or via the EGate-Pro.
