The Tacker System Underfloor Heating Complete Set 150 m² from MC Therm contains everything for the standard-compliant installation of an underfloor heating system according to DIN EN 1264 – tailored for exactly 150 m² of heating area with 150 mm pipe spacing.
The EPS roll track (knobbed carrier board) is available in three thermal conductivity groups: WLG 045, WLG 040, and WLG 035 – depending on insulation thickness and load class. Six thicknesses from 20 to 50 mm allow adaptation to installation height and requirements according to EnEV/GEG. The heating pipe PE-XA EVOH Ø 16×2mm (or PE-RT / multi-layer composite pipe selectable) is laid with 150 mm spacing and embedded in the screed.

What is included in the underfloor heating tacker system complete set?
The set includes runway thermal insulation (30-3mm), PE-RT EVOH heating pipe Ø 16×2mm, and tacker pins – everything matched to the specified heating area. Alternatively, we supply the insulation as a folding panel.

Runway or taxiway – what's the difference?
Rollbahn and Rolljet refer to the same product – the thermal insulation roll with tacker studs. The name varies depending on the manufacturer. As an alternative, we also offer folding panels in the same format.
What heating area is this complete tacker system designed for?
This set is precisely calculated for the specified heating area (with a pipe spacing of 150 mm). For other square meter sizes, please select the appropriate set from the size dropdown or use our configurator.
Is the staple underfloor heating complete set compatible with heat pumps?
Yes. The tacker system is optimally suited for low-temperature operation with heat pumps. Flow temperatures of up to 55 °C are possible, in accordance with DIN EN 1264.
