Corner ball valve connection set for heating circuit manifolds – space-saving & efficient!

The angled ball valve set is the right choice if: the connection pipes are at right angles to the manifold, space in the manifold box is limited, or a more compact design is desired. Its function is identical to the straight set.

Yes, technically this is possible. In practice, however, it makes sense to build either both sides straight or both sides angled – for a symmetrical and clear arrangement in the distribution box.

The set has 1" external thread rotatable connections, the most common standard for heating circuit distributors in residential and heat pump applications. For different connection sizes (e.g. 5/4"), we recommend checking the connection thread of your manifold beforehand or contacting our consulting team for clarification.

The ball valves are screwed onto the manifold outlet with the rotatable 1" connection and can then be turned in the desired 90° direction before the screw connection is tightened. The 1" internal thread connection then accommodates the pipe fitting. A seal (e.g., hemp or PTFE tape) on the thread is recommended.
